The clients wanted a redesign of various areas of their steeply sloping garden. They were clear that they wanted water and a purple and white planting theme within the new scheme. They also had expansive views which were considerably blocked by low grade conifers but contradictorilly elsewhere saw more of their neighbours properties than they wanted to!

Our design created a formal heart to the centre of the garden, with a pond and fountain and lush informal planting around it. Light now pours into the garden except where carefully chosen screening plants veil selected eyesore! The various areas of the garden are well connected and incongruous levels of the garden have been sensibly addressed. Thus good movement around the garden is achieved. An aesthetic and practical success.
